The opera house in Sydney. Just cut up an orange. That’s where the idea came from in the first place, lol.
The Leaning tower of pisa in Italy, it’s pretty easy to make, i bet they have models in the stores…

Leaning tower of Pisa - Italy

The Louvre Museum
The Great Pyramid
The Leaning Tower of Pisa in Pisa, Italy! It would be an easy one to do a building. Paint a pringles can and cut the base at an angle. There is a lot of information on it on the web! Check out the official site.
The leaning tower of pisa
The sphinx and pyramids of Egypt
The Great Wall of China and Tiananmen Square in China
Eiffel Tower

Himeji Castle in japan
Sydney Opera House
the colisuem in rome
Check this out…1200 buildings
The Colosseum. (spelling?)
The Eiffel Tower is a solid choice, also it may be difficult to build a model of. The Great Wall of China would be easy to build, just build a wall and make it long. You can also try the Sydney Opera House, Big Ben, the Pyramids (if they count as buildings).
Try Google Image Search of World Landmarks to get some inspiration from there.
The Parthenon in Athens Greece.
It’s mostly columns, so you need a lot of toilet paper rolls or something.
London’s Big Ben or worlds tallest building-taipei101 in Taiwan
