Below is a link to GreenHomeNYC (www.greenhomenyc.org).  There are several "famous" NYC landmarks/buildings that are listed on the site.  Places such as the Brooklyn Brewery, several buildings in the various NYC (and 5 boroughs) garden community and many others.
