Well, the only Orange County that I know of is the one in U.S in the state of California. Lots of universities have that major. one really good one is CalPoly in California. You may want to research on different universities around the area where you are going to move. When you found that university, they usually have online catalogs so you can check the curriculum and for further questions you can always call/email them.
