Most small private schools will be far more expensive and few will have great programs. Try looking at the Princeton Review and the US News College Rankings for 2009. Oh yes, and the University of Virginia has an excellent 5 year program. Public schools in your own state are the cheapest you’ll be able to find if you’re looking for a great architecture program.
