ybingo1 asked: I’m a senior in college and im a triple major. I am already done with two of my majors but i have yet to finish my architecture major. after this year i am thinking of staying for an extra semester. I was wondering if anyone can give me some pointers on how to make a good portfolio for architecture grad school.

go to the news agents and buy 3 or 4 good magazines and the take them apart and go back to the nitty gritty of the Designs that are in them some of the designs of plain buildings can be taken back to very detailed architectural designs and transfer edo drawings. this is not copyright if you then produce your own interpretation of just one small section. then take that one drawing and modernize it or lookout that detail that may have been used some where in history. try going for a walk down a street that is not on your normal route and look closer at some of the fine detail of them and then transfer and interpretet them to your own thinking.
