Well, being an architect myself, I think that you should be able to create them yourself, plus, it would show your own ideas. Anyways, try thinking of different kinds of materials that you could use for the cover, maybe foamboard, harboard, wood. Go to an art store for material ideas, try Dick Blick or Pearl. For the rest of your portfolio, look for different kinds of papers, maybe a handmade paper, or maybe just a canson paper, it all depends on your personality. If you need more ideas, try this website, or just google for what you need, remember you can also google images. Good luck!!!
