find a picture of *any* bridge. they all use triangles.
Sleeper couches use variations of triangles. You use them when you wish to pull out the bed within. All the joints used to unfold the bed, and open it up.
Teepee’s also were triangle shaped.
In rough carpentry, diagonal & corner bracing is used in wall framing to prevent the walls from racking.
