  If you are in chennai[INDIA],you could go for MEASI academy of architecture which is affiliated to ANNA UNIVERSITY.thats good..

  I’m not sure about the best, but I know Notre Dame has a very strong program, and I’m pretty sure University of Illinois Urbana Champagne would also have a good one since their engineering school is so good.
