		<description>There are many different materials you can use for a structural system.  But generally speaking, there are four concepts of lateral force resisting systems in building design.
Shear Wall- vertical diaphragm
Moment Resisting Frame- members and joints are capable of resisting forces primarily by flexure.
Braced Frame- vertical truss system
Dual System- Combination of special or intermediate moment resisting frames and shear walls or braced frames.</description>
