because like UCLA, Cal Poly Pomona, Cal Poly Obispo, and USC offer the 1st one, and UC Davis, UC Irvine, CSU, and University of San Francisco offer the 2nd one, and i’m really confused.
thanks.

2 Responses on What is the difference between these architecture majors?
BArch: Professional 5 year architectural degree
BA/BS: 4 year Bachelor of Arts/Science in Architecture. Non professional degree. If you only have this degree, depending on the State, you may not be allowed to apply for your candidacy for Architectural Registration.
MArch: Master Degree in Architecture, professional degree.
PhD: As far as I know, there is only one NAAB recognized Architectural program and it is in University of Hawaii Manoa.
There is almost no real difference between the 2 majors. You would take all the same courses over 4 years as the basis for both..
